Childhood
The following photos are of myself with my best friend during childhood, Adebola. I’d last seen Ade before he moved away from Stoke-on-Trent to Nigeria with his family in 1980, when we were both aged ten – left photo. The photo on the right was taken when we met in London forty-two years later in 2022, both aged fifty-two.

The following photos are of myself and a good friend (Spike) from our college study period when we were aged between sixteen and nineteen.
The photo on the left was taken prior to travelling to a Stoke City football match in Bolton circa 1989, then meeting up after a thirty-five or so year gap in 2026 (right).
